The aroma is reminiscent of white fruits and flowers, with hints of currant and acacia. The mild and gentle flavor is accented with fresh acidity and bitterness from the variety. This wine is easy to drink and will have you coming back for more.

味わい

輝きのあるレモンイエロー。

白い果実や白い花のブーケの香り。西洋すぐり、ハーブやアカシアのニュアンスも。

口に含むとすぐにフレッシュな酸味がやってきて、後口に若干のビター感が残ります。酸味と苦みのバランスがとても良く、軽快な飲み口でついつい杯が進みます。

全体的にマイルドで優しい味わいですが、いろいろな品種由来の酸味が折り重なってアクセントになっています。

年によって品種や割合を変えて造るため、「ルーレット」と名付けられました。

軽やかな白ワインで、軽食にぴったりの味わいです。

オーガニック歴：1980年から

首都ウィーンからさほど遠くない静かで美しい自然が広がる場所にあります。息子マーチンを中心に栽培から醸造までを行っています。父のハンスはオーガニックに理解などない時代(1980年)から実践しており、「もし、オーガニック栽培ができないという人がいるなら、たとえ一部でもチャレンジしてみるべきです。誰でも除草剤は必要ないと知っています。ただそれが便利だからというだけなら私には必要ありません」と、言います。心がけているのは、酵母、酵素、栄養分といったものは一切加えず、可能な限りピュアなワインを造ること。ディヴァルト家で手を加えるといえば、温度調節くらいです。その土地特有の、地球に根ざしたワイン造りを目指しています。
