Austrian Chardonnay. The gorgeous aroma of grapefruit, lychee, and white flowers is impressive. The fruitiness and acidity are well-balanced and the volume is also good, giving it a solid taste. The balance of fruitiness, acidity, and volume is excellent, and the Chardonnay has a well-structured finish, making it sophisticated and very satisfying to drink. The minerality continues in the aftertaste, and it has a long aftertaste. It is recommended to pair it with fresh dishes such as white fish sashimi and salads.

シャルドネ 白

お水に軟水硬水があるように、私は硬く感じました。これをミネラル感と言うのでしょうか？シャルドネを初めて飲んだ時のイメージがあるので、私はもっとホワッとした感じのシャルドネが好みですが、暑い夏にはキリッと飲めて良いかもしれません。
