A red wine made in the Nuits region in the northern part of the Cote d'Or. Made using Pinot Noir, it has a lively aroma of fresh raspberries, cinnamon, herbs such as oregano, and minerals. The taste is clean and acidic, with fresh fruitiness and a very soft astringency, resulting in an elegant finish. 95% of the wine produced is consumed within France, making it a rare organic wine in Japan.

味わい

ピンクを帯びて輝くルビー色。

グラスを顔に近づけるとフレッシュなフランボワーズを思わせる赤い果実香にシナモンなどのスパイス、オレガノのようなハーブの香りも混じる。ミネラル感にあふれ、生き生きとした香り。

口に含むと味わいにもフレッシュな果実味が大変心地良くそれと同時に広がる綺麗な酸味が中心となるエレガントな仕上がり。渋味はとても柔らかく、絹のような舌触り。

この土壌の持つミネラル感をしっかりと楽しめる赤。

オーガニック歴：1999年から

ブルゴーニュ地方・コートドニュイの南寄りのニュイサンジョルジュ村にあります。1920年にシャトーを購入し、親から子へと引き継がれてきたワイン農家です。現在は5代目アルノーが中心となりぶどう栽培と醸造を行っています。一部の畑は昔からオーガニックでしたが2012年に全ての畑を転換しました。大地を汚染することにつながらない方法で栽培を行っている土地、体に良いものを飲んで食べるということを子供達に伝えていけることが誇りになっています。ペルチエ家のワインのほとんどはフランス個人顧客向けであり、フランス国内でも入手困難なワインです。区画ごとに厳密に分けて醸造することで、大切にしているテロワール（土壌）を引き出しています。
