This white wine has a refreshing aroma reminiscent of lemons and white flowers, a fresh fruitiness in the mouth, and a crisp acidity. 味わい

輝きのあるやや淡いレモンイエロー

レモンピールや白桃にハチミツ、白い花、ミネラルなどを感じる、非常に清涼感溢れる華やかな香り。

口に含むと、フレッシュな果実味にバランスの良いシャープな酸味が非常に爽やか。イタリアらしい、ハチミツとレモンピールの風味。後味をひきしめる程よい苦味がたいへん心地良い味わいです。

清々しい味わいで、冷たく冷やせば軽快に楽しめる白に、温度を少し上げるとボリューム感が増してよりリッチな雰囲気で楽しむことができます。お野菜はもちろん、魚の塩焼きなどにも合わせてみたい白ワインです。

イタリア・ヴェネト州東部のプラマッジョーレにあります。自分自身のぶどう畑で育てたぶどうからできるワインを造るワイナリーを建設するという夢を実現し1972年に設立しました。20haからスタートした畑は30haに拡大しました。湿気が多くオーガニックでぶどうを栽培するのは難しい土地です。しかし環境に優しい農法を行うことに決め1999年にオーガニック転換しました。「オーガニックワインを飲むこと、オーガニックワインを造ること、それはライフスタイルである」とオーガニックワインを造る選択をしたことを誇りに思っています。収穫のたびにより良いものを生み出したいと挑戦し続けています。
