輝くガーネット。

グラスを近づけると、フランボワーズやブラックベリーの果実香に、クローブやグリーンペッパーのスパイス、さらにスミレの美しい香り。果実香は時間とともにジャムのような煮詰めた香りに変化し、花の香りもより華やかに広がっていく。

口に含むと、フレッシュな果実味と共に広がる綺麗な酸味が非常に印象的。余韻にも花を思わせる芳香が広がり、ボリューム感もほど良く、エレガントな仕上がり。渋みは豊富だがきめ細やかで、舌触りもソフト。この綺麗な酸味は、いろいろなお料理を次々に美味しくしてくれそう。
