An elegant red wine from Burgundy, France. The gentle aroma of raspberries, roses, and a hint of earth builds expectations. The fruitiness is well-concentrated, and the astringency that supports it is soft, delicate, and elegant. This popular wine is delicious and easy to drink. The producer, the Chapel family, has been cultivating grapes ever since acquiring vineyards in Santenay and Chassagne in the famous wine-producing region of Burgundy in 1893. This red is the Chapel family's standard wine. We recommend pairing it with light meat dishes such as shabu-shabu.

明るい輝きのルビー色。

フランボワーズや苺の凝縮した赤い果実香に、少し置くと奥から薔薇の芳香、さらにシナモンスティックやほんの少し土も感じる。若々しい鮮やかさの中に柔らかさもある美しい香り。

口に含むと、フレッシュな酸味を支える果実味も滑らかで美しく、上品な味わい。舌に触れる渋味もソフト。繊細だが余韻には若々しいミネラル感をしっかりと感じる。

ワインの銘醸地ブルゴーニュ地方の中でも、世界中のワイン愛好家が絶賛する優れた赤ワインと上品で繊細な白ワインが産出されるコート ド ボーヌにあります。1893年にサントネーとシャサーニュに畑を得たことから始まる代々続く名門です。1923年に自家瓶詰を開始しました。現当主のジャンフランソワが土壌について学んだのを機にオーガニックを決意しました。その土地の特徴をワインに表すためには、土の営み・ぶどうの営み・人間の営みを尊重することが必要との結論に至り、2003年に転換しました。多くの区画からなる20haの畑のぶどうは全量手摘みを行い、畑の区画ごとの特性を表現できるワインを心がけています。
