This full-bodied red wine is made in the south of France, in a field that has never been sprayed with pesticides since recorded history. It uses heavy varieties such as Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Mourvedre, but the grapes are picked early in the morning and do not deteriorate in the heat of the day after harvest, so you can enjoy a well-balanced and stylish taste. It has aromas of violets, berries, and chocolate, and a long finish. It is an organic wine that is perfect to enjoy with meat dishes.

Wine Details

Taste

It has all three qualities: well-balanced, satisfying to drink, and sophisticated. If you like full-bodied drinks, you won't be picky, so it's perfect for parties where you can casually showcase your "tasty taste"!

It is a blend of three hearty grape varieties (Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Mourvedre), but there is nothing rough about it, and the wine and its appearance are both stylish.

This wine has a complex aroma of violets, berries, and black chocolate, and a long aftertaste. It has firm tannins, so it is recommended to enjoy it with meat dishes.

About the producers, the Dowell family

Domaine Pinchinat (De Welle family)

Organic history: Since the dawn of history (certified in 1990)

The Dowell family's vineyards are located in the village of Prieres at the foot of Mount Sainte-Victoire, a mountain that Cezanne loved and painted many times in the Provence region of southern France. The region has a dry Mediterranean climate with little rainfall, and has been famous as a wine-producing region since before the Common Era. The family's history as a farming region dates back to the French Revolution of 1789. The Dowell family has never used pesticides or chemical fertilizers on their fields since recorded history. They cherish the things that have been passed down through the generations while also incorporating new sensibilities, such as using Greek Venus statues and brewing vases excavated from within the estate as motifs for their wine labels. The Dowell family's wines, which value the production of delicate and elegant wines, such as harvesting from 3:00 am to 8:00 am, are particularly suitable for those starting out with organic wines.
