Taste

Bright lemon yellow.

The aroma is reminiscent of citrus, pear and young pineapple, with hints of herbs such as parsley and sage, celery root and soft apricot kernel.

In the mouth, the mellow fruitiness is supported by a firm dry acidity, making it satisfying to drink, with a lingering citrus flavor.

It is located in Offida, Marche, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. For generations, grapes have been grown organically in this village and wine has been made for the family. The winery was established and winemaking began in earnest in 2005. Although it gets hot in the summer, the winds blowing down from the Apennine Mountains to the west into the Adriatic Sea provide excellent ventilation, making it an ideal climate for growing grapes. The vineyards are protected and have never used chemical fertilizers or herbicides. They are committed to using indigenous varieties of Marche, and aim to create wines that express the land while also having a harmonious aroma and flavor.
