アリゴテ 白【左】
ブルゴーニュといえばシャルドネが定番ですが、こちらはアリゴテを使用しています。アリゴテは酸味が強い印象の品種ながら、ペルチエ家は樽を使い、酸とコクを見事に調和させています。蜂蜜や白い花の香りに、優しい柑橘の風味。口当たりはなめらかで、奥行きある味わいと余韻が魅力の一本です。

アンジュー 白【中央】
透明感ある見た目に反して、グラスから立ち上るアロマは驚くほどリッチ。ハニーサックルやピーチ、蜂蜜に加え、ビスケットのような香ばしさも。口当たりはとろりと滑らかで、しっかりした酸と苦みが余韻を引き締め、奥行きある味わいに。8℃くらいに冷やしていただくのがおすすめです。

グリューナー フェルトリーナー 白 【右】
控えめな香りから始まり、温度とともに柑橘や青りんご、ハーブ、濡れた石のようなミネラル感が広がる1本。口当たりは穏やかな酸とほろ苦さが心地よく、ドライながら花や果実の香りがふと顔を出します。五感で楽しめる複雑な味わいが魅力の、グリューナー・フェルトリーナーです。
