A white wine made with Gewürztraminer from Franken, Germany. You can enjoy the aroma of lychee and the flavor of tropical fruits. It has a refreshing dry taste with a hint of acidity, but it is mellow and easy to drink.

味わい

優しいレモンイエロー。

ゲヴェルツトラミネールらしいライチの香りに、レモンやライムの柑橘類、濡れた石のようなミネラルが感じられます。

口当たりはドライで芯のある酸味が印象的。ライチなどのトロピカルフルーツや柑橘系の果実味と、酸味が調和してバランスの良い味わいです。

すっきりとした辛口の印象ながら、まろやかな舌触りが心地よく、ゲヴェルツトラミネールらしい香りを気軽に楽しめるワインです。

オーガニック歴：1985年から（認証取得は1990年）

フランクフルトから車で2時間ほどのロマンチック街道で有名なドイツ南部のフランケン地方・クリンゲンベルグ村にあります。前当主ヴィリが村のワイナリーで働き始め、翌年1972年に小さな畑を買ってワイン造りを始めました。ヴィリはドイツ最古で最大のビオ生産者団体でのアドバイザーも務めたパイオニアで、元々環境問題に敏感だった為1990年に転換しました。畑はマイン川を見下ろす急斜面にありテラス式になっています。日当たりも良く春もすぐに暖かくなる畑ですが、1区画ごとに階段を上り小さな道具だけを使う重労働です。一部ビオディナミの要素を取り入れ、ストレスや病気に強く質の良いぶどうに仕上げています。酵母は添加せず、樽はドイツ産を使うなどこだわったワイン造りをしています。
