A fresh and elegant sparkling wine made in the Veneto region of Italy. Made from 100% Pinot Grigio grapes, it is fermented at a low temperature of 16-17°C for about 40 days. You can enjoy the complex flavor of fruits such as apples and peaches, with hints of nuts such as Japanese chestnuts and almonds, and spices. With a sweet fruity taste, it is also recommended for parties with a wide range of generations.

淡いサーモンピンク。

林檎や、若い桃のような白果実の香りに、フローラルなニュアンス。和栗やアーモンドのようなナッツに、わずかなスパイス感のある香りが特徴です

味わいはドライですが、スイートな果実感も楽しめます。ナッツやスパイス、ミネラルも感じる複雑な味わいが印象的。きめ細かく上質な泡が長く続きます。

イタリア・ヴェネト州東部のプラマッジョーレにあります。自分自身のぶどう畑で育てたぶどうからできるワインを造るワイナリーを建設するという夢を実現し1972年に設立しました。20haからスタートした畑は30haに拡大しました。湿気が多くオーガニックでぶどうを栽培するのは難しい土地です。しかし環境に優しい農法を行うことに決め1999年にオーガニック転換しました。「オーガニックワインを飲むこと、オーガニックワインを造ること、それはライフスタイルである」とオーガニックワインを造る選択をしたことを誇りに思っています。収穫のたびにより良いものを生み出したいと挑戦し続けています。
