A light red wine from the Beaujolais region. It is characterized by a fruity, crisp, and refreshing taste. Taking advantage of the terroir of the granite fields, it has a refreshing and mineral taste. It is an organic wine that cherishes the goodness of Gamay. The wine itself has a gentle taste, so it is recommended for dishes using vegetables such as mushrooms and root vegetables, and chicken dishes. It is perfect for the Japanese table.

ボジョレーの南西端の丘陵部にあります。少なくとも5世代前からぶどう作りを続けている家系で、祖父の代からワイン農家です。現当主のフランソワは農業学校で教鞭をとっていましたが、先代の引退を機に引き継ぎました。西側にはボジョレーの山々が広がり、この地域特有の強い風からぶどうを守ってくれます。ビオディナミを実践する友人に出会い、品質、味ともに優れたワインを造り出していることに感銘を受け2008年転換を決めました。
ボジョレーヌーヴォーはもちろんのこと、シュブラン家が造るワインは昔ながらの醸造方法で造られています。これによりテロワールをよく反映したワインが生まれます。
