This dry white wine was made in a village called Klingenberg in the Main River basin in Germany. It has a variety of fruity aromas and a refreshing herbal aroma, giving it a pleasant, refreshing feel. When you put it in your mouth, the refined acidity of the Riesling grape variety supports and tightens the soft fruitiness that spreads throughout the fresh flavor. This organic wine is highly recommended for those who like German wine.

味わい

グラスに注いだ途端に立ちあがるマスカット、林檎の蜜、レモンの皮、アカシア、桃などのバラエティ豊かなアロマ。

グラスを回しながら少しづつ温度が上がってくると、リースリング特有のミネラル香が出てきます。時間とともにレモンの皮やマスカットのニュアンスが強くなり、ミネラル香と綺麗に調和します。

口当たりは割と強めで、酸味が程よく効いており、口に含むとキュッとした力強い舌触りが心地よく感じられ、飲んだ後に長い余韻が残ります。

辛口の白ワインですが、残糖量があるためボリュームのある味わいになっています。飲む時の温度によって感じられるアロマが異なるので、低めの温度から始めて温度変化とともに変わっていく香りを楽しんでください。

オーガニック歴：1985年から（認証取得は1990年）

フランクフルトから車で2時間ほどのロマンチック街道で有名なドイツ南部のフランケン地方・クリンゲンベルグ村にあります。前当主ヴィリが村のワイナリーで働き始め、翌年1972年に小さな畑を買ってワイン造りを始めました。ヴィリはドイツ最古で最大のビオ生産者団体でのアドバイザーも務めたパイオニアで、元々環境問題に敏感だった為1990年に転換しました。畑はマイン川を見下ろす急斜面にありテラス式になっています。日当たりも良く春もすぐに暖かくなる畑ですが、1区画ごとに階段を上り小さな道具だけを使う重労働です。一部ビオディナミの要素を取り入れ、ストレスや病気に強く質の良いぶどうに仕上げています。酵母は添加せず、樽はドイツ産を使うなどこだわったワイン造りをしています。

とにかく美味しい！
バランスがよくコクもあり、理想的なリースリング。評価5以上です。
よく冷やしてアペリティフで、また少し温度を上げるとオイリーな食事にも合う気がします。筍とベーコンをカリッと炒めてハーブをたっぷりからめた一皿と楽しみました。
