A unique type like orange wine
The Meillet family grows grapes using biodynamic farming methods in Alsace, France, and produces organic wine.
This white wine has the fruitiness and complexity of orange wine, as well as a firm, dry body. It is a very rare wine fermented with the skins, which sets it apart from the classic white wines of the Meyer family.
The aroma of flowers such as roses and honeysuckle, various fruit aromas such as pomegranate, peach, strawberry, grapefruit and orange, and mineral aromas such as white pepper and chalk are also impressive. The gentle acidity has floral nuances. It is perfect for those who are looking for a unique taste that cannot be experienced with ordinary wine.
