In fact, the family is an aristocratic family dating back to medieval Florence, and holds the title of Principe (royalty). It is a very prestigious family, with his great-grandfather having been a close aide to the last king of Italy. Pietro was a university student who majored in supporting the economic independence of developing countries, but took over management of the territory after his predecessor passed away.

A dry white wine made from 60-year-old Moscatel (Muscat) vines. Enjoy the fresh, vibrant flavor with a prominent Muscat aroma.
We are not currently certified organic as we are currently in the process of applying for certification, but we do use grapes grown in untouched fields.
The body is moderate, with the fruitiness of muscat, white peach and jasmine, and a subtle herbal aroma in the latter half. The minerality of wet stone also accentuates the freshness.

Multiflower is a highly fragrant delicacy made from nectar collected by bees from seasonal flowers, without heating, and in as natural a state as possible.It has a mild flavor with no strong taste, so it goes well with bread, yogurt, etc.

"Non-dosage" = "No sugar added." Normally, when Champagne is bottled, sugar called "Kadode no liqueur" is added to make up for the sugar lost during the aging period and to adjust the flavor. This is a Champagne that does not contain any added sugar.

Intense Syrah flavour
The name means "black velvet" and is a dense red wine that is particular about barrel fermentation. The beautiful acidity spreads softly among the concentrated fruitiness, and the mouthfeel is smooth. The fine tannins pleasantly stimulate the mouth, and the aftertaste leaves a gorgeous flavor of red fruits and high-quality cocoa. Aiming to make a wine that surpasses "Infinimon", the producer developed a new vineyard (a vineyard with a layer of black schist at an altitude of 385m) and this is a wonderful wine that gives a glimpse of the producer's commitment. It is recommended to enjoy it at a temperature of about 18°C. The 2015 vintage is best enjoyed from 2017 to around 2024.

The wife studied oenology at the University of Bordeaux, and the husband graduated from the Faculty of Agriculture at the same university. They are always striving for perfection and are passionate about winemaking, from traditional to innovative.

The top red wine from the popular producer Boullier family, which Mavie is proud of! Severine, a winemaker who has dedicated her life to Syrah, took on the challenge of a new vineyard in an attempt to surpass the masterpiece wine, Infinimon "Infinite" red. This wine is a top-class cuvée produced in a vineyard that she is so passionate about. The wine was named "Secret of the Schist" after the schist (schist-like) soil of the vineyard, and you can feel the passion that Severine put into winemaking for this vineyard. This wine is from a different vineyard than the Vleur Noir red wine sold at the same time, and the flavor is also strong-structured and deep-bodied, making it a masterpiece that is well worth drinking.
