Merlot Venice Red
The aroma of stewed black cherries, earth, and spices such as cloves. It truly expresses the aroma of Merlot to the fullest. It has a gentle taste, with a gentle fruitiness and an impressive acidity. It has a gentle astringency, so I would like to try it with a variety of dishes, regardless of whether they are Japanese, Western, or Chinese.
Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso Red
The aroma of simmered blueberries, black tea leaves and spices, and hints of cacao combine to create a concentrated yet harmonious and soft aroma. It is light and well-balanced on the palate, with a soft bitterness in the aftertaste, making it easy to drink. A faint hint of cacao lingers in the aftertaste.
